A Message from the Principal

Welcome to Burley Glenwood Elementary, home of the Bears!

At BG, we believe that every child deserves to be seen, valued, and celebrated. Our staff works each day to create a learning environment that sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and encourages kindness. Whether it’s in classrooms, on the playground, or at PTSO events, we focus on helping students grow not only academically but also as caring, responsible community members.

This year, we’re especially proud to highlight our commitment to celebrating positivity. From student receiving “Bear Paws” and Student of the Month awards, we’re intentional about recognizing the good we see in one another. We know that positive energy is contagious, and when we lift each other up, everyone thrives.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve this amazing school community. Each day, I’m inspired by the dedication of our staff, the curiosity of our students, and the partnership of our families. Together, we’re creating a school culture where joy, learning, and belonging shine brightly.
